Is shipping included in the equipment price?

Shipping is not included in the price of the equipment. Shipping costs are calculated separately, depending on the destination and the chosen method of transport.

Are customs duties charged on import?

Thanks to the trade agreements Serbia has with European Union countries, there are no customs duties. The only additional cost is the value-added tax, which is calculated according to the rate applicable in your country.

How long does delivery take?

If the equipment is in stock, delivery takes up to 5 business days. If the equipment is not currently in stock, the guaranteed delivery time is 20 business days.

How long is the equipment warranty?

All equipment comes with a 2-year warranty, which covers welded joints and consumable parts such as wheels and tensioning handles. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, nor does it cover deformation of sheet metal or the structure.

Can the equipment be delivered anywhere in the world?

Yes, we ship equipment worldwide via road, air, or sea freight. For every order, we select the transport method that offers the best value for the client and then choose the most reliable carrier.
